The PIA (Project Implementing Agency), while undertaking counseling and mobilization of candidates for Training Batches in the TNULM - allocated to them under EST&P, shall invite all eligible youth as per EST&P norms in each of the rural households mentioned in the list provided by the NULM, to participate in the aptitude test for trades in which it intends to undertake its training course.
All courses duration is Minimum 3 - 9 months
